Amy's commercial kitchen is a fully-licensed facility where local caterers, bakers, entrepreneurs can legally manufacture their products for a low monthly rate. 

Amy's kitchen rental is approximately 1200 square feet. This is a beautiful kitchen is located in San Jose (101/880 freeway accesible) California.  We offer flexible rental terms (6 to 12 month lease contract) to fit everyone's needs.  The rent starts at a minimum of $385 per month. This includes: 10 hrs of usage per month, refrigerator space and dry storage space. We also have special rate for usage over 40 hrs per month.
